The space
85'6" × 40'3.5". A full Flatiron floor with the rooms an editor, a producer, and a launch lead would actually ask for. Reconfigure the open space for 200, drop into the podcast booth for a 45-minute interview, then take meetings in the back – all without leaving the floor.
